VIDEO: Black Eyed Peas’ love of retro 8-bit gaming leads to modern day errors

As the Black Eyed Peas get ready to present the world with a new album, they’ve created a video that honors the 8-bit look of their album cover. They take it back to the days of Nintendo and Commodore VIC-20, to when hip-hop simply meant rap music, and that meant Africa Bambaataa, Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five, and The Cold Crush Brothers

While the video looks cool, they did miss a spelling error. Here’s a screenshot.

In case you haven’t figured it out, the misspelled word is “missile”. I didn’t Photoshop this or manipulate it in anyway, but get the word out so that they’ll know to fix it. Also, isn’t the Fergie lyric “scud missile” and not “sky missile”? Well, maybe in this song it’s “sky” but still. Oh yes, and it’s Shaka Zulu, not “Chaka” right?

will.i.am, get your people to either use spellcheck, search Wikipedia, or call a proofreader.
