If you like Police Teeth, you’re going to find their new video to be of interest. “Emmanuelle In Renton” definitely packs a rock punch, but the video is apparently “found footage” taken from an anti-drug film that was shown as schools as lessons to explain why people should not take drugs. However, this looks more like an instructional video. Also of note is the record playing in the video between 2:39 and 2:41. The needle is in the run-off groove so if you were there, all you’d hear is crackle/surface noise, a clear sign that these people are extremely high because they did not go to the phonograph and lift the tonearm and put it back, or flip the record and hear another song. For you, you don’t have to deal with that when it comes to Police Teeth, or maybe you can when the album is released by Grey Day/Latest Flame on October 16th, on both the trusting vinyl format and the trendy MP3 one.
