SOME STUFFS: Tricky has a new album ready for September release

The new album from Tricky is recorded, mixed, mastered, and ready to go, and this one will be released on the 8th of September called Adrian Thaws (False Idols/!K7). If you think you know where Tricky will be going next, then you’re not a true fan of Tricky, for he is going somewhere else, as always, or as Tricky himself said about the new effort, “so many times people have tried to put a finger on me and every album I go to a different place.” You may have a hint of where that place will be by listening to “Nicotine Love”, which features Francesca Belmonte on vocals and who appears throughout the album.

VIDEO: Tricky featuring Francesca Belmonte’s “Does It”

Your eyes and ears are not deceiving you: this is a brand new track from Tricky, and he is joined by vocalist Francesca Belmonte as a means to haunt you in a concise manner. This song is called “Does It”, and he does, or even better: “they do”. It is from Tricky’s brand new False Idols album, due out May 28th.
