BOOK’S FOODIE: How to Grill a Rib-Eye (from Munchies)

The folks at the Munchies channel have posted a video that is perfect not only for the forthcoming 4th of July holiday, but any time of the year. It’s a quick reference video which offers tips on how to grill up the best rib-eye steak. Even if you know how, it doesn’t hurt to watch this one.

BOOK’S FOODIE: Sausage Sausages and Sausage Roast recipe for the Super Bowl (from BarbecueWeb)

Haven’t decided yet on what to make this Sunday for the Super Bowl EXTRAVAGANZA? This recipe is a beast, and it can be eaten as part of a sandwich, or all on its own. It’s a sausage with sausages inside, along with a sausage roast. If it sounds gargantuan, wait until you see how it is made. If you are reading this after the Super Bowl, make this for whatever day or event. This was found on the BarbecueWeb channel.

BOOK’S FOODIE: Joe’s Farm Grill: A Modern-Day Farm to Fork Burger Stand (from Fast Casual Nation)

The Fast Casual Nation channel are shining the spotlight on a burger place near Phoenix, Arizona called Joe’s Farm Grill. The video is subtitled A Modern-Day Farm to Fork Burger Stand, which tells me that this is a place that cares where their meat comes from, and they want their customers to know where it is sourced too. They’re not just burgers, but they also serve a wide range of food too. You may have heard about or seen them on the Food Network’s Diner’s, Drive-Ins & Dives, and now you can perhaps plan out your next or first visit to Phoenix with the video above.

BOOK’S FOODIE: Late Night Grillin’ with Guerro: Alligator Skewers

The Cult Moo is a new YouTube channel that I came across last week, but they have close to 500 videos so they have a lot of different things to view. As for what those “different things” are, the banner at the channel is described this way:
“Food reviewers. Deep fryers. Challenge takers. Professional drinkers.”

Sounds simple, right? They consume a wide range of beer, along with different snacks that you can pick up at your local Al Green’s, but they also do it with a bit of humor as well. This video is a part of a new series called Late Night Grillin’ with one of the guys involved in the network, Guerro, and what they do is wait for the evening, specifically late, start up the grill and cook something. For episode #7, they decide to have some alligator. I have not tried alligator yet but would like to.
